Terms of Service
The short version: play fair, follow the rules, and know what you are buying. The details are below.
Not an official Minecraft service. Not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.
1. What this covers
These terms apply to the Rainy Network Minecraft server, this website, the store and our Discord. By joining the server or using the site, you agree to them. You need a real Minecraft account to play; Minecraft itself belongs to Mojang and is covered by their EULA. How our store fits that EULA is explained on the EULA compliance page.
2. Rules
The server rules apply everywhere on the network. Breaking them can get you muted, banned or blacklisted, as described there. Some enforcement is automatic: the anticheat bans obvious cheating on its own, and VPN or proxy connections are refused at login. Every punishment has an ID, and you can appeal it through our Discord within 48 hours.
3. Your content
Chat, builds, clan names and skins are yours, and you are responsible for them. Staff can remove anything that breaks the rules. By playing, you let us show your builds and gameplay in screenshots, trailers and other promotion of the server.
Clans is a competitive survival mode. Raids, PvP deaths and the world reset between seasons are part of the game. If you lose items to a server bug, ask staff: they can restore your inventory from the death log for up to 24 hours.
4. Store
Payments go through Tebex, which is the merchant of record (see the Impressum). Everything you can buy is described, with its price, on the store before checkout.
- Ranks, keys and perks are in-game features. They cannot be sold, traded or turned back into money.
- What you pull from a crate is a normal item once it is in your inventory. It can be lost in PvP, in a raid or in a season reset like anything else, and that is not a reason for a refund.
- Ranks stay on your account, but a ban takes away access to them and to everything that came with them. Getting banned does not refund past purchases.
- We rebalance the game often. Items and perks can change over time, and that does not make a purchase refundable.
- Delivery is instant. If something does not arrive, contact us and we will fix it.
- Do not chargeback. Open a ticket instead; a chargeback gets the account permanently removed.
- Plus is a monthly subscription. Cancel any time on Tebex. The perks stop when the subscription ends; any rank you own stays.
- An Unban lifts one active ban, whether from staff or the anticheat, once every 30 days. It does not work on blacklists or on alt accounts blocked by one. The ban screen tells you whether an Unban is available before you buy.
5. Availability
Rainy Network is in open beta. The server can go down for maintenance or updates without notice, and features get added, changed and removed. Clans runs in seasons; the world resets when a season ends.
6. Ending your access
We can suspend or remove accounts that break the rules. You can stop playing whenever you like. To have your data removed, see the privacy policy.
7. Changes
We update these terms as the server changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
