Terms of Service
These terms govern playing on the Rainy Network Minecraft server, using this website, and purchasing from the store. By joining the server or using this site, you accept them.
Not an official Minecraft service. Not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.
1. The service
"The service" means the Rainy Network Minecraft server — currently one gamemode, Clans, a competitive survival mode — together with this website, its store, and our Discord community. The service is operated by the Rainy Network team ("we", "us"). Playing requires a genuine Minecraft account; your use of Minecraft itself is governed separately by the Minecraft EULA. How our store relates to the Minecraft EULA is described on our EULA compliance page.
2. Conduct
Behavior on the service is governed by the server rules, which form part of these terms. Violations are handled through the enforcement process described there, up to and including permanent removal from the service. Punishments can be contested only through the appeal form on our Discord.
3. Your content
Anything you create or submit on the service — chat messages, builds, clan and item names, skins visible to other players — is your content, and you alone are responsible for it. Content must comply with the server rules; we may remove or modify any content, at our discretion and without explanation, where moderation requires it.
- You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and reproduce your content as part of operating and promoting the service — for example in gameplay, screenshots, or trailers. You keep ownership of your content.
- Content on the service may be reviewed by staff. Do not submit anything you consider private or confidential.
- Clans is a competitive mode: builds and items can be raided, destroyed, or lost to other players as part of normal gameplay. That is the game, not a moderation action, and it is not compensated.
4. Purchases and entitlements
Store purchases are processed by Tebex Limited as merchant of record. Purchases deliver in-game entitlements — ranks, keys, subscriptions — described in full, with prices, on the store before checkout.
- Entitlements are a license to use features within the service. They have no real-world value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for money.
- We reserve the right to modify, rebalance, or remove any in-game item, perk, price, or bonus at any time. Rainy Network is a live game, and balance changes are part of keeping it fair.
- Delivery is automatic. If a purchase does not arrive, contact us and we will fix it; purchases are otherwise final, as perks are delivered instantly.
- Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting us results in permanent removal from the service.
- A punishment issued under the server rules does not entitle you to a refund of past purchases.
5. Availability
The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it online and stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service for maintenance, technical, or gameplay reasons.
Clans runs in seasons with no fixed length. The survival world resets when a season ends; seasonal resets are part of the game and are not compensated.
6. Termination
We may suspend or permanently remove any account from the service under the enforcement process in the server rules. You may stop using the service at any time; if you want data connected to your account removed, see our privacy policy.
7. Changes
These terms may change as the service evolves. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
