EULA Compliance

This document describes how Rainy Network and its store comply with the Minecraft End User License Agreement and the Minecraft Usage Guidelines. It is reviewed whenever the store changes.

Not an official Minecraft service. Not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.

1. Operator and responsibility

Rainy Network is an independent, community-run Minecraft server. The Rainy Network team — not Mojang or Microsoft — operates the server and is the party responsible for this store, its content, and its events. "Rainy Network" is our primary identity; the word Minecraft is used only descriptively, in line with the naming guidelines.

The network currently offers a single gamemode, Clans: a competitive survival mode where players form clans, claim land, and fight over crates, world events, and KOTH — a recurring in-game event in which players battle to hold a capture point. Those systems are the ones this document refers to.

2. Server access

Guideline: access limited to genuine copies, never gated by purchases.

The server runs in online mode, so only genuine, paid-for Minecraft accounts can connect. Joining is free: no purchase is required to join, to access any part of the world, or to use any gameplay system. Access is never limited or controlled by owning out-of-game content, products, or services.

3. Paid entitlements

Guideline on gameplay-affecting entitlements:

"Selling entitlements that affect gameplay provided they don't ruin other players' experience or give a competitive advantage in the game."

The store is designed so that no purchase grants power another player cannot earn:

4. Cosmetics

Guideline: cosmetics may be sold; capes may not.

Cosmetic entitlements are limited to chat badges, armor trims, particle trails, kill effects, and similar visual items. We do not sell capes or any cosmetic that attempts to visually act like a Minecraft player cape. All content is appropriate for audiences of all ages.

5. In-game currency

Guideline: virtual currencies must have no real-world value.

Our in-game currency has no real-world value. It cannot be cashed out, transferred to other servers, or converted into any real-world currency; real-money trading of in-game items or currency is prohibited by our server rules and enforced. The currency does not resemble, and claims no affiliation with, Minecoins or any Mojang currency.

6. Transparency and purchase records

Guideline: content and pricing disclosed before purchase; purchase history provided.
