Which username do I enter?
Your exact Minecraft username — the one you join the server with. Deliveries go to that name, so double-check the spelling.
Is my rank only for the Clans gamemode?
No — ranks are global across Rainy Network. You buy once and keep it everywhere: your badge, cosmetics and perks apply now in Clans, and every future gamemode will ship with its own benefits for your tier.
Can I upgrade my rank later?
Yes — use the Upgrades section right on this page. You pay exactly the price difference, and checkout verifies you own the rank you're upgrading from.
What payment methods are accepted?
Checkout is handled by Tebex — cards, PayPal and more depending on your region. Payment details never touch our servers.
Is any of this pay-to-win?
No. The store sells cosmetics and convenience — every gameplay-affecting item can be earned in-game without paying. The full breakdown is on our EULA compliance page.
Refunds?
Purchases are final since perks are delivered instantly. If something didn't arrive, reach us on Discord and we'll fix it. Chargebacks result in a permanent ban.
